  3. Log out and back into your account
  4. If syncing is still failing, select Force Sync

Issue 3: Password Reset Email Not Received

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Ensure your email address is correct
  3. Wait 10 minutes — email delivery can be delayed
  4. Select Resend Email
  5. If still unsuccessful, contact support@claritynotes.example.com
